Pastor Patricia A. Booker is married to her soul mate and Co-Founder Chief Apostle Dr. Craig A. Booker.  She has a lovely daughter, 2 grand daughters, and 1 great grandson.  Pastor Booker and Apostle Booker were mandated and anointed by God to preach the uncompromising gospel to the poor, to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, recovering sight to the blind, and to set at liberty them that are bruised. With this vision in mind, True Deliverance and Sanctification Ministries held its first Church at their home on 1107 Curled Oaks Place, Chapel Oaks, MD on October 26, 1997.  As God began to give them the revelation of the Apostolic Doctrine, the name of the Church was later changed to True Deliverance and Sanctification Apostolic Church.

Despite some trials and tribulations during the early years of their ministry, many souls were saved; lives were touched and changed by the power of Jesus Christ.  They looked forward to the day when God would bless them with their own building so that the ministry could be expanded.  Their dream and vision became a reality on September 30, 2000 when God blessed them with their building at 7740 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD.  On January 1, 2001 God put it on their hearts to change the name of the church to Christ Apostolic Deliverance Temple (CADT).  In December 2009 CADT relocated to 7181 Old Alex Ferry Road in Clinton, MD.  During the summer of 2016 once again God put it on their hearts to change the name of the church to its current name Apostolic Faith Deliverance Temple, Inc.. 

A daughter was born to Margret and Augusta Stewart of Mitchellville, MD.  They named her Patricia Ann Stewart. Patricia Ann went on to graduate from Central High school with the class of 1972.  That fall, she enrolled at “then” Bowie State College majoring in business management while working as a clerk-typist through the college work program. During that period of time she also went to work for the Federal Government working as a Meteorologist Reproduction Technician for the Department of Commerce’s National Weather Service in Camp Springs, MD.   But God had a plan.  With the passing of her mother, in 1981, Patricia Ann went to work for the Department of Commerce’s National Marine Fisheries Service as a Secretary.  She received the gift of Salvation through Prophetess Michelle Butler of Sonship Ministries, an outreach ministry, who was temporarily employed there.  Patricia Ann then joined Sonship Ministries along with others that God divinely brought together. She also came under the Leadership of Apostle Paul Adams of Jesus Way Church where Prophetess Butler was a member. While under these prophetic ministries God began to speak very clearly about her destiny.  After meeting her husband, while in Sonship, she married Craig A. Booker on December 21, 1996.    It was prophesied that they would be Pastoring within a year.  After being ordained by Apostle Carroll Watson of Cambridge, MD, God’s word came to pass on October 26, 1997, as they held their first service in their home at 1107 Curled Oaks Place, Chapel Oaks, MD. 

Pastor Booker is a powerful woman of God who operates in the prophetic as a prophetess, teacher and preacher.  She is called to teach the women how to be women and wives to the men of God.
